Everything You Need to Know

Every caregiver is police-cleared, reference-verified, and first-aid certified. We use ID-verified sign-in/sign-out, maintain strict ratios (1:3 infants, 1:5 toddlers, 1:8 older), and carry professional liability insurance on every single event.

We guarantee ratios in writing: 1 nanny per 3 infants (0-2 years), 1 per 5 toddlers (3-5 years), and 1 per 8 older children (6-12 years). For special needs children, we assign dedicated one-on-one care.

Share all requirements during booking. We brief every caregiver on allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and behavioural notes before the event. Emergency contacts are collected at sign-in.

Parents register children with photo ID at arrival. Only pre-authorised adults can collect a child, verified by matching ID. No exceptions, even if the event is winding down.
